Trial Visit Requirements

Pre-Stay Introduction: A short 3-4 hour visit at least three weeks before boarding.

One-on-One Assessment: We spend time with your dog and observe their comfort level in our facility

Trial Kennel Stay: If your dog shows signs of stress, we will discuss options with you. A second trial may be available upon request.
Senior Comfort & Care

Cozy Accommodations: Memory foam beds on raised platforms for joint support.

Calming Environment: Soft music plays when staff are not present to ease anxiety.

Gentle Socialization: Smaller playgroups with calm companions.

Extra Care: More frequent potty breaks and dedicated one-on-one time.
Boarding Hours & Rates

Drop-Off: 8:00 AM onwards (exact time must be arranged at least one day in advance).

Pick-Up: Strictly by 6:00 PM.

Rates: $35 per dog per night.

Pick-Up Charges:

Before 12:00 PM – No additional charge.

After 12:00 PM – Daycare fee applies.
